IS ANY PRIOR COMBATIVES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?
No! The techniques we teach do not require any prior training. Our foundation in self defense is rooted in Krav Maga, which is able to be learned by people of any condition, ability, or skill level!
SHOULD I BRING A SNACK?
During the seminars, you will be performing physical tasks at high intensity. While small snacks during the seminar can help fuel you, ensuring that you've eaten and are properly hydrated upon the starting of the seminar are strongly recommended. And of course, bring your hydration with you!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
For training, you only need to make sure that you are wearing workout clothes (or duty clothes) and appropriate shoes, something that's practical and functional that still allows movement. No other gear is required as we will proved all training implements.
THERE WAS SO MUCH INFORMATION. WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO KEEP TRAINING?
While the seminars are an amazing introduction to self defense, the tree that bares the most fruit is that of continued training. We have private training lessons available for individuals as well as smaller groups. We can accommodate any schedule and any lifestyle! If you desire to learn more, we will teach you all that we can.
